Technical Sales Representative - BD

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop in-depth understanding of the company’s intelligent fluid monitoring system and define sales strategies for overseas markets to acquire new customers and manage existing accounts;

2. Provide technical consulting and tailored solutions to overseas customers to help improve drilling fluid monitoring efficiency and performance;

3. Support product demonstrations, technical seminars, exhibitions, and other marketing activities to enhance product and brand visibility;

4. Manage overseas project delivery, including contract negotiation and execution, order tracking, on-site implementation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and proper delivery;

5. Maintain close communication with customers, project teams, and internal R&D and service teams, and collect market insights, competitive intelligence and product feedback, driving continuous product and solution improvement;

6. Support after-sales activities by providing on-site technical assistance and training to improve customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. 



JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines;

2. Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with overseas customers; proficient in reading and writing business emails and technical documents;

3. Solid understanding of drilling fluid monitoring technologies, with the ability to provide technical solutions and identify market trends and customer needs;

4. Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse and multicultural teams to drive sales projects;

5. Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure, travel overseas, and meet sales targets.
