Staff R&D Engineer - Intelligent Pressure Control Product

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for electrical hardware schematic design for the electric drive intelligent control systems. 

2. Responsible for industrial control products’ selection and procurement support. 

3. Responsible for control software development and on-site commissioning of equipment. 

4. Participate in research on new products and technologies, as well as related testing and validation activities. 

5. Provide technical support for after-sales service. 

6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related disciplines. 

2. Solid background in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience; Proficient in electrical design software such as EPLAN, as well as standard office software. 

3. Proficient in software development for at least one type of industrial control system (including upper- and lower-level control systems). 

4. Strong knowledge of commonly used industrial control products, with hands-on experience in electrical design and commissioning of motors, sensors, and related components. 

5. Strong sense of responsibility with good communication, learning, and execution abilities. 

6. Detail-oriented, rigorous in work approach, and a strong teamwork spirit. 

7. Able to read technical documentation in English and capable of basic technical communication in English.
