Product Line Sales Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive sales expansion and business conversion in key markets, key accounts, and core projects in line with the product line’s business priorities.

2. Promote market entry, project conversion, and business growth in target regions and target accounts around the product line’s core products and solutions.

3. Establish and continuously improve customer segmentation, opportunity management, and market execution mechanisms to strengthen market coverage and commercialization capability.

4. Work closely with product, technical sales, application engineering, and delivery teams to drive demand identification, solution alignment, project execution, and deeper follow-up cooperation.

5. Track market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor information, and continuously refine the product line’s market strategy and sales approach.

6. Strengthen the product line’s value proposition, professional image, and industry influence throughout the market development process. 



JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong market development and account management capability, with the ability to understand customer decision-making logic in complex demand scenarios.

2. Ability to drive business from the perspective of product line development, customer relationships, and long-term value, rather than focusing only on one-off deals.

3. Strong communication, project execution, and resource integration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

4. Good understanding of oilfield services, industrial technology products, and solution-based businesses is preferred.

5. Willingness to grow in a business environment at the intersection of technology and market, and to contribute to the long-term development of the product line.
