Solution Engineer - Digitalization & Intelligence Technology

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead technical engagements with clients to uncover AI-driven value propositions in oil & gas engineering scenarios, align customer needs with company capabilities, and drive commercial project closure. 

2. Develop high-impact technical collateral (whitepapers / solution decks) to articulate AI value in oil & gas contexts, enhancing corporate brand positioning. 

3. Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle: from collection and review to delivery of Requirements Analysis Reports, ensuring seamless R&D and delivery team alignment. 

4. Propose technology R&D initiatives based on industry insights to expand company’s technical breadth/depth through standardized component development. 

5. Orchestrate cross-functional synergy by integrating market intelligence with customer demands, owning technical feasibility validation, and accelerating commercial processes. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Consultative Facilitation: facilitate technical communication with state-owned enterprise executives & operational staff to establish credibility instantly. 

2. Customer Insights Generation: identify latent pain points from ambiguous requests, and drive demand articulation & solution implementation. 

3. Resource Orchestration & Cross-functional Execution: orchestrate R&D/Product/Commercial resources, enable high-efficacy collaboration to deliver feasibility validation, and drive R&D initiatives. 

4. Oil & Gas Domain Mastery: possess fundamental knowledge of drilling/completion/fracking/gathering & transportation systems, with proven expertise in full-cycle digital-intelligent project delivery. 

5. Learning Agility & Value Conversion: rapidly assimilate emerging business intelligence & AI technologies, converting acquisitions into tangible client/product value.
