International Technical Sales Representative

LOCATION
Chengdu, China & Middle East & North America & South America


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop in-depth understanding of the company’s intelligent fluid monitoring system and define sales strategies for overseas markets to acquire new customers and manage existing accounts.

2. Provide technical consulting and tailored solutions to overseas customers to help improve drilling fluid monitoring efficiency and performance.

3. Support product demonstrations, technical seminars, exhibitions, and other marketing activities to enhance product and brand visibility.

4. Manage overseas project delivery, including contract negotiation and execution, order tracking, on-site implementation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and properly delivery.

5. Maintain close communication with customers, project teams, and internal R&D and service teams, and collect market insights, competitive intelligence and product feedback, driving continuous product and solution improvement.

6. Support after-sales activities by providing on-site technical assistance and training to improve customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines.

2. Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with overseas customers; proficient in reading and writing business emails and technical documents.

3. Solid understanding of drilling fluid monitoring technologies, with the ability to provide technical solutions and identify market trends and customer needs.

4. Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse and multicultural teams to drive sales projects.

5. Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure, travel overseas, and meet sales targets.
