Business Operation Manager

LOCATION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participate in building the overall operating system of the product line or relevant business unit, and continuously optimize business planning, process mechanisms, and cross-functional collaboration based on business needs.

2. Work closely with product, sales, delivery, supply chain, finance, HR, administration, and other functions to improve collaboration efficiency in key projects, critical matters, and daily operations.

3. Establish clear operating rules, execution standards, and internal collaboration mechanisms based on the characteristics of the oilfield services industry and the actual needs of the product line.

4. Support the development of operational data systems, management trackers, and analytical mechanisms to enable business decisions, resource allocation, and efficiency improvement.

5. Drive the review, optimization, and implementation of key processes around core business scenarios, including project handover, resource coordination, execution follow-up, and issue closure.

6. Participate in major operational initiatives, special improvement projects, and management enhancement programs to support orderly, efficient, and sustainable operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong end-to-end operations perspective, with the ability to understand the linkage between business growth and functional support.

2. Strong sensitivity to organizational processes, business support, cross-functional collaboration, and management mechanism building, with the ability to drive improvement.

3. Strong structured thinking, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to identify priorities and ensure execution in complex situations.

4. Experience in energy, equipment manufacturing, industrial technology, oilfield services, or related industries is preferred.

5. Strong alignment with long-termism, results orientation, and pragmatic collaboration, with willingness to contribute to the ongoing development of the product line or business unit.
