Product Line Manager

LOCATION
Chengdu, China

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Define and drive the product line development plan, annual priorities, and phased business objectives based on the product line’s technical direction and industry trends.

2. Coordinate resources across product, R&D, sales, application, delivery, and related support functions to build an efficient operating mechanism for the product line.

3. Drive the commercialization, productization, and scalable growth of the product line’s core products and solutions, while improving business quality and operating efficiency.

4. Track operating performance, progress of key projects, and closure of critical issues, and continuously optimize operating rhythm and resource allocation.

5. Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, field service, and relevant functional teams to strengthen customer response, solution delivery, and business support.

6. Promote product portfolio planning, business rhythm management, resource optimization, and mid- to long-term capability building to support the sustainable development of the product line.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong product line management mindset, with the ability to understand product line development from business, product, market, and organizational collaboration perspectives.

2. Strong planning and execution capability, with the ability to drive effective cross-team and cross-functional collaboration.

3. Good understanding and judgment of oilfield services, petroleum engineering-related technology products, or complex solution-based businesses.

4. Ability to balance near-term priorities with long-term development while supporting both business growth and organizational development.

5. Experience in energy, oilfield services, industrial equipment, automation, or related industries is preferred.
