2018 Vertechs Recruitment in SWPU Campus
On the 17th of May, 2018, at the invitation of Petroleum Engineering Academy of Southwest Petroleum University (SWPU), with great honor and privilege, Vertechs held a recruiting announcement in SWPU China Chengdu Campus. Mr. Liao Kexi, Deputy Dean of Petroleum Engineering Academy, together with professors from SWPU, greeted Vertechs team warmly and expressed their appreciation and aspiration towards Vertechs internship and onsite education programs. Mr. Gary Zhang, president of Vertechs, also expressed his gratitude with willingness to offer internship, job opportunities and field operation experiences to the students of SWPU in oil & gas industry.
Attended students from Russia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and China have shown a great interest in the programs we offered. Mr. Lucas Jin (Vertechs Application Engineer) explained the company slogan “Redefine Chinese enterprise” by narrating the recent global business scope together with Vertechs technology R&D. Lucas also presented Vertechs Talent Recruitment and Development Program (TRDP) and opened CV submission channel for SWPU students. Further on, Gary led an active discussion, by answering the questions raised by students, while giving out professional advises regarding to future career development in oil and gas industry.
The oil & gas industry has been through its difficult time in recent years, although the increasing oil price may show a promising future for the industry, however, many new challenges may still lurk within the shadows. We aim to provide career opportunities for the students by offering our internship and TRDP, we also aim to inspire a whole new generation of Vertechs engineers and staffs with our technology innovation and persistence to take the new challenges head on.
