Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily administrative operations, including planning and overseeing administrative tasks, company events, vehicle scheduling, and building company systems to ensure efficient workflows;

2. Plan and execute large-scale company meetings and events, handling budgeting, process design, cross-department coordination, resource management, on-site execution, and post-event review to ensure events meet standards and goals;

3. Foster cross-department collaboration and maintain external relationships, creating an efficient information-sharing system to capture internal and external needs, and ensuring quick response and high-quality delivery through resource integration and process management;

4. Complete other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and strong execution to support the company's overall operational goals.


Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Administrative Management, Chinese Language and Literature, Hotel Management, or related fields, with 10+ years of administrative management experience. A professional image is required. Experience in star-rated hotel management is preferred;

2. Proficient in the full administrative process, with solid hands-on experience in asset management, procurement, vendor selection and maintenance, vehicle scheduling and maintenance, documentation, and event planning and execution;

3. Possess excellent language expression ability, quick thinking, clear logic, be good at cross-departmental communication and coordination, have a strong sense of affinity, and be able to handle complex affairs efficiently;

4. Proficient in English, capable of hosting international conferences and conducting receptions entirely in English, with an IELTS score of 7.0+, TOEFL score of 100+ or equivalent business English proficiency;

5. Possess excellent language expression ability, quick thinking, clear logic, be good at cross-departmental communication and coordination, have a strong sense of affinity, and be able to handle complex affairs efficiently;

6. Have sensitivity in cross-cultural communication; those with work experience in Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other regions are preferred;

7. Skilled in using office software such as PPT, WORD, and EXCEL, and able to independently complete report writing, data statistics and analysis, etc.;

8. Strong teamwork mentality, sense of responsibility, dedication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
