Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the establishment of financial systems for overseas markets and oversee cross-border financial management;

2. Develop financial policies comply with overseas standard, supervise financial reporting, tax filings, and audit compliance for overseas subsidiaries/branches;

3. Drive budgeting, cost control, and capital risk management for overseas operations, optimizing cross-border fund flow efficiency;

4. Analyze overseas market performance data, provide financial modeling support and strategic recommendations;

5. Liaise with international banks, auditing firms, and local tax authorities on foreign exchange settlements, international tax planning, and specialized matters;

6. Build and mentor a multicultural finance team, fostering talent with global perspectives.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, CPA/ACCA/CMA certification preferred;

2. 5+ years of financial management experience, including 3+ years in cross-border projects or overseas business operations;

3. In-depth knowledge of Chinese Accounting Standards and IFRS/US GAAP, familiarity with international tax regulations and foreign exchange policies;

4. Fluent in English, ability to draft financial reports in English and lead international meetings, preferred: IELTS 7.0/TOEFL 100+ or equivalent business English level;

5. Cross-cultural communication skills; prior work experience in regions like Europe, North America, or Southeast Asia is a plus;

6. Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
