Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the research and development of mechanical and electromechanical downhole tools, including but not limited to scheme design, mechanical design, drawing and processing follow-up, selection of purchased parts, debugging, testing, etc. responsible for the research and development of electromechanical products, including but not limited to scheme design, mechanical design (or electrical design), drawing production and processing follow - up, selection of outsourced parts, debugging, testing, etc.;

2. Lead, guide and coordinate to solve problems arising in the process of production, testing and application of products;

3. Collect data and information about new products and new technologies.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, automation or other related majors, with at least 5 years of experience in product (project) research and development. Experience in project management and team management is preferred. Those with a bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering or other related majors and at least 5 years of experience in product (project) research and development are also eligible;

2. Proficiency in using 3D design software, familiarity with the selection of common mechanical standard parts, and knowledge of common materials, surface treatment and heat treatment;

3. Possess the ability to think and integrate across majors, the ability to analyze and solve problems, the ability to learn quickly, the ability to communicate and coordinate, as well as a strong sense of innovation and teamwork;

4. Experience in project manager positions, product manager positions, or work experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
