Job Responsibilities
1. Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's self-developed intelligent drilling fluid monitoring system, including its technical features, functional advantages, and application scenarios. Develop precise sales strategies for the domestic petroleum industry market, explore new customer resources, and maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients;
2. Provide professional technical consulting services to customers, addressing their technical inquiries, and offer customized product solutions based on client needs to help improve the efficiency and quality of drilling fluid monitoring;
3. Organize and conduct product demonstrations, technical seminars, and other marketing activities to showcase product features and advantages to customers and partners, enhancing the market visibility and influence of the company's products;
4. Maintain close communication with project teams, customers, and internal departments (such as R&D and after-sales), promptly relaying customer needs, market trends, and competitor product information to assist the company in optimizing product performance and improving functionalities for better market competitiveness;
5. Take charge of sales contract negotiations, signing, and execution, track order fulfillment progress, ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, and coordinate solutions for any issues arising during the delivery process;
6. Assist the after-sales team in providing technical support, participate in on-site customer training, and help clients master the correct usage and basic maintenance of the products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address on-site technical and commercial issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Automation, or related fields;
2. 2+ years of sales experience in the petroleum industry, with a background in drilling or related fields preferred;
3. Proactive and customer-focused, able to handle pressure, travel, and meet sales targets;
4. Strong knowledge of drilling fluids and drilling technologies, with the ability to provide technical solutions and market insights;
5. Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with different departments;
6. Bonus: Basic English skills for reading industry articles or translation.
