Job Responsibilities

1. Lead user experience design for B2B energy industry products (e.g., oil and gas production management systems, exploration and analysis platforms), including user requirement analysis, interaction workflow design, and creation of UI design deliverables;

2. Optimize interface logic and operational efficiency for complex business processes through user research, scenario analysis, and data-driven insights;

3. Collaborate with product managers and development teams to implement design solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and user operational conventions.

4. Continuously monitor product usage data, iterate on user experience improvements, and deliver usability testing reports with actionable recommendations.

5. Develop and maintain a design system, including industry-specific component libraries and design guidelines, to enhance team collaboration efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of B2B product design experience. Preference given to candidates with experience in energy, industrial software, or large-scale SaaS platforms;

2. Proficient in design tools (Figma/Sketch) and prototyping tools (Mastergo/Axure), with foundational data visualization skills;

3. Strong understanding of user research methodologies (e.g., user personas, scenario analysis) and the ability to independently identify and address business pain points;

4. Familiarity with agile development processes, cross-functional communication skills, and adaptability to rapid iteration cycles;

5. Basic understanding of energy industry terminology and workflows, or demonstrated quick learning ability;

6. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
