Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing feasible test strategies, test plans, and detailed test scenarios based on design requirements; writing test cases, and setting up/maintaining test environments according to test plans;

2. Execute testing activities in alignment with project timelines, effectively implement test cases, track and consolidate test results, and deliver comprehensive test reports;

3. Introduce innovative test frameworks and strategies to enhance testing approaches, continuously optimize product development and testing processes, and improve testing efficiency and quality;

4. Collaborate with test teams, R&D teams, and project management teams to accurately identify and track issues, analyze root causes, and drive timely and effective resolutions.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, majoring in software engineering, information engineering or related;

2. Proficient in software testing processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Zentao), with a solid understanding of testing theories;

3. Strong problem identification and resolution skills, capable of independently designing and executing test cases effectively;

4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience collaborating cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders;

5. Familiar with common database operations, basic programming skills, and the ability to utilize scripting languages to support testing tasks.
